A home doesn’t feel the same at 10 a.m., 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. Light changes, noise levels shift, and the surrounding activity rises or falls. Visiting at different times lets you see the full personality of the place.
In the morning, you might notice how much natural light actually enters key rooms. In the afternoon, you can feel heat and see if the sun makes rooms uncomfortably warm. At night, you’ll hear whether nearby roads, bars, or neighbours are noisier than you’d like.
You’ll also see parking reality, street lighting, and how safe or empty the area feels after dark. Some places feel charming by day but slightly unsettling at night; others are lively in a good way.
Since you’ll be living in all these phases, not just during a scheduled viewing, it’s worth making the extra trips.
